The watch case features 10 individual cushions, with its interior luxuriously lined in soft suede for superior protection.
The case is secured with two metal locks and eight golden corner shields, detailed with elegant metal studs and designed without handles. It also features a pull-out tray with a top watch pad for easy use. Please avoid exposing the metal hardware to moisture or water, as it may naturally darken over time.
At Karmaya, all products are meticulously handcrafted. Since we do not stock ready-made items, the production of the Watch Cases typically takes around 20-25 days and production of Watch Winder Trunks typically takes around 30-35 days. Each Karmaya product is carefully packaged. Once ready, the shipping period usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on the courier company and destination. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors like weather conditions, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you updated via email and messages.

3. Arrange the Pickup:
Once we’ve confirmed the return, you will need to schedule the pickup with a courier of your choice.
Please note that return shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) to India are the customer’s responsibility.
Please remember that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customised especially for you (made to order items).
