At Karmaya, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve designed a simple and efficient process to assist you.

Return Process

  1. Document the Unboxing:

We kindly request that you record a video as you unbox your package upon delivery. This documentation helps streamline the return process.

If a video isn’t possible, please share clear photos highlighting the defect(s) in the item.

  1. Contact Us:

Reach out to our team at support@karmaya.in, and we will guide you through the return process step by step.

  1. Arrange the Pickup:

Once we’ve confirmed the return, you will need to schedule the pickup with a courier of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) to India are the customer’s responsibility.

Please remember that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customised especially for you (made to order items).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, email us at support@karmaya.in with your order id and your details to initiate the cancellation process.


For customised trunks, we can only cancel the order, if the trunk’s production has not yet begun. If the production process of the customised trunk is in process, we can initiate to stop the production to advance; however there will be no refunds on customised trunks since these are being especially crafted for you.
